Lessons
Private Lessons (30 - 45 min) $85.00
Semi -Private Lessons of 2 or 3 riders (45 - 60 min) $85.00
Group Lessons of 4 or more riders (60+ min) $85.00
In the event of a cancellation, please provide 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled lesson time. Any lessons missed without sufficient notice will count towards your current lesson package.
Show fees for lesson students are $135.00 per day riding at the show plus cost at the show which is generally $150.00 per day as an estimate.

Covers the first 4 lessons taken at Fairwin Farm. Paid in advance.
Each lesson is a total of 40 min, including barn and groom time.
Lesson package of 4 sessions $320.00
Paid in advance. Avaialible for riders taking 1 lesson per consecutive week. Includes a total of 4 lessons.
Lesson package of 8 sessions $625.00
Paid in advance. Avaialible for riders taking 2 lesson per consecutive week. Includes a total of 8 lessons.

Boarding Rates
Full Training package all inclusive $2650.00
8 lessons, 4 pro rides, daily grooming/ bathing, trimming, mane pulling, after ride care and therapies, body clipping
Basic Training package $2350.00
Board, 8 lessons, supplies, laundry, trims/mane pull, after turnout care
Half Lease package $1900.00
8 lessons supplements, laundry/supplies, therapy
Boarding monthly (lay up or retired only) $1500.00
after turnout grooming, mane pull/trim
* BOARD PAID ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH RECEIVES A $200.00 CREDIT.
* Vet and blacksmith are additional fees to the monthly board or 1/2 lease; at cost
* BOARD PAID AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH WILL RECEIVE A $200.00 LATE FEE. every 7 days
% of tack stalls, grooms & trainers hotel fees & tack room set up determined per show…....at cost
Credit $5.00 per day for grooming & $5.00 per day board given to horses attending shows 5 or more days.
BOARD PAID AFTER THE 10TH OF THE MONTH WILL RECEIVE A $200.00 LATE FEE.
