The head trainer and owner, Shanon Bejarano, has been involved in the horse show world since 1979. Raised with traditional hunt seat trainers, Nancy and Barry Lane, Shanon began at an early age to appreciate everything that went into being a good horseman and competitor.

Nancy Lane, originally from England, introduced Shanon to the true nature of the sport and the foundation on which it was built. Barry Lane, a Grand Prix Jumper rider and her sister Debbie Lane, a Grand Prix Dressage rider exposed Shanon to the upper levels of competition.  Later Shanon went on to work with several well known professionals where she was able to participate at World Cup events, National Hunter and Jumper Finals and Pony Finals.

Since opening Fairwin Farm in 1993, Shanon has had many success stories.  With the help of her daughter, Shanon has found and started 4 ponies which became number one in the country.  She has qualified hunters, jumpers and Equitation riders for national finals every year since 1998.  Many of which have placed multiple times at the finals.

Shanon's daughter, Staisha Bejarano, competed and qualified for all of the equitation finals from the time she was 14 years old. She has countless titles and championships from her time as a junior and now as a professional she continues to add to her resume'..  As a young professional Staisha has qualified both riders and horses for National titles and the National Horse Shows, Maclay Finals, Medal Finals, Junior Hunter Finals, Pony Finals and Derby Finals.

Staisha began showing in the Grand Prix ring when she was 23 and  continues on with young jumpers as well as hunters every season.

In our daily routine Staisha, rides, teaches and helps manage the farm and training both the horses and the riders at the shows.
